Magnolia Bark...Fights Anxiety, Depression And Free Radicals.
Magnolia Bark, ever heard of it before?...no not many people have.
Well it has been recognised for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine (and who is going to

Japanese researchers (don't they know their stuff?) have found that magnolol and honokiol have many times the
antioxidant power of vitamin E. Quite impressive as

Eudesmol is an essential oil contained in magnolia-bark. What does it do? Well it is thought to have antioxidant properties, mopping up those nasty
free radicals.
It's very interesting to note that in the beginning of 2006 kava kava (a herb) was banned by the Medicine Control
Agency due to its so called controversial link to liver toxicity. Bad news for people that relied on it to overcome
stress,anxiety and tension. They had nowhere to turn to...until now.
A great alternative (and just as effective) solution to kava kava appears to be in magnolia bark. Initial feedback
has been promising from anxiety sufferers. More importantly, studies have found that magnolia-bark also boasts an impressive safety record.
How much should I take? Recommended dosage is 300mg magnolia bark extract capsules, taken one to three times
