Pomegranate Juice Antioxidant...Fighting Free Radicals


What a fantastic super fruit! Pomegranate juice antioxidant levels are very high..no, correction...... exceptionally high.

In fact pomegranate antioxidant levels are three times the amount green tea or red wine.

Fancy a cup of pomegranate tea? Not only is it a refreshing healthy drink it can also help with diaoherra as the Iron and cobalt have a stool binding effect. I won't go into detail but just trust me when I say it really does work!

Boil the skin of half a pomegranate in half a litre of water for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes then strain. Drink one cup with a little honey twice daily on an empty stomach. Always sip slowly and avoid drinking too hot as this can irritate the stomach lining.
