Vitamin B17 Health Benefit....A World Without Cancer?

Vitamin B17 health benefit. Could this be the ultimate cure for cancer?

Could there be such a thing as a world without cancer?

Scary fact time...did you know that it is calculated that one out of three persons will eventually die from some form of cancer. Not a nice thought is it?

Vitamin B-17 is one of the main sources of food in cultures such as the Eskimos, the Hunzas, the Abkasians and many more. Did you know that within these tribes there has never been a reported case of cancer?

Yes, agreed that we have chemotherapy, drugs and other treatments, but mortality rates have not improved very much over the last 25 years.

Now I won't go into great detail on this page, as there is a fascinating website which will explain Vitamin B17 health benefit in much greater detail. World Without Cancer and prepare to be amazed.

So, where can you get vitamin B17? There are quite a few foods..but the ones that are rich in it

Apricot kernels (and kernels of other fruits) are a great source. They are nutritious, and one particular nutrient they contain is called amygdalin, otherwise known as vitamin B17. Very bitter in taste, however the 'rule of thumb' is, the more bitter the taste, the better it is for you.

Next time you eat an apple...chew and consume the pips! Yes another fine source of vitamin B17.

Nuts are a good source too...Bitter almonds, macadamia and cashews.

Berries are very good (yes, keeping up with the antioxidant theme!) Almost all wild berries. Blackberry, chokeberry, Christmas berry, cranberry, elderberry, raspberry and strawberries.

Flaxseed and Sesame seeds. There are many other sources, but these are the main ones.

Just a word of warning here. Like anything, do not overconsume on B17. Too many kernels or seeds, for instance, can be expected to produce unpleasant side effects.

It is recommended that no more than 30 to 35 kernels per day should be eaten. Just be rational and use common sense when consuming B17.

There is sooo much more on Vitamin B17 and we strongly advise you to check out the following websites...
